Pre-employment Background Checks.  Guard applicants are thoroughly screened through public data records, city, county and state police checks, and personal and previous employment reference checks.  Applicants who are Certified Security Officers/Board Eligible Security Officers proceed to pre-employment skills testing.

 

Pre-employment Skills Testing.  Each guard applicant undergoes a battery of skills tests including the Law Enforcement Index Aptitude Test,
